Picker Pals & Incredible Edibles at Kinaffe

At Kinaffe, we are delighted to take part in the Picker Pals and Incredible Edibles programmes, both of which encourage hands-on learning and environmental awareness among our students.

Picker Pals inspires children to become environmental heroes by taking action against litter in their local communities. Through fun storytelling and activity packs, students take turns bringing home the Picker Pals kit, helping to clean up their surroundings while learning about the importance of caring for the environment.

Incredible Edibles teaches children about the journey of food from farm to fork. As part of this programme, students grow their own fruit and vegetables, learn about healthy eating, and discover the importance of Irish agriculture and sustainability.

Both initiatives align with our school’s commitment to environmental responsibility and active learning, helping our students develop a deeper appreciation for the world around them. 🌱🌍💚
